I was driving my wife's minivan to Jim's shop to get it looked at so it would pass smog. On the way it started smoking so I pulled over. I called Jim and let him know that I'm on the way with more issues. Once I arrived Bob was very helpful and helped me to stay calm. Next Juan called me with the best news that could happen. My engine wasn't shot. He said my engine was fixed and also fixed my smog issues and oil light issues. The whole shop is very nice and kind and understands that when you have car issues you get a little tense. They all helped me to stay calm. Well done! - Will S.
