In July, I had my oil changed at The Auto Shop, my automotive service facility for 30 years. The technician did not insert a Honda washer when replacing the drain plug. That led to an oil leak and I returned to The Auto Shop and they correctly installed the plug and replaced the lost oil at no cost. On 11/10/15, I returned for routine service and the technician and the service manager noticed a hairline crack in the oil pan. No oil was leaking, but they brought it to my attention. A new oil pan was ordered and installed at no cost to me, but $600+ cost to The Auto Shop in part and installation and oil. The Auto Shop stands behind their work completely. - John B., Visalia, CA
